Benefits of my two weeks of practicing Nofap

Since I joined the Nofap movement, my life has been better. Not that I have been improved in a major way, but I am a witness to my progress. Although it's a slow one, I am fully enjoying the process of transmuting my sexual energy to a productive one.

In here, I am listing the whole benefits I am experiencing as I enter into two weeks of no porn, and no masturbation.

I focus on a single task for hours

My patience has been increased drastically. Totally different from before, now I am not escaping my passions and responsibilities. Focused on a single task for hours, I am accomplishing most of the daily duties. On fire for following my passions, I am coding and blogging the whole time.


And I am not stopping. Anything that is trying to distract me from accomplishing the tasks, I am fighting it.

I am in the present

Most of the people have been brainwashed to live in the future. The entire matrix feeds on their energy, energy which they're not using in the present. Since I have joined the Nofap movement, I do not feed myself with the various illusions which the system bombards me.

Being more grounded in the present, I am able to see the reality for what it is. Not for what the system or others want me to believe it is. Reality is my drug. The present momement is my power.

I speak my mind

Instead of thinking stuff, or overthinking like before, I speak as it comes to my mind. I speak my first thought. Being direct with myself and others, makes it easier for me to express my true self and live my own life at my fullest potential.


No matter if it hurts people or not, I speak my own truth. I do speak what I stand up for. Nofap is helping me to become more assertive, the kind of assertiveness which is helping me to get what I truly want.

I am calm and peaceful

As I progress on my journey of no porn and no masturbation, I feel full of positive energy. I am the whole time calm and I spread the frequency of peace. Others around me feel it.

Nobody can trigger me out of my inner peace due to the fact that the energy of seed retention helps to ground your positive energy in the third dimension.


Not letting the emotional side take control over me, I am trying to live through the true essence of my soul in the physical dimension.

I am feeling more masculine

As I continue to retain my seed, my voice is getting deeper and by beard is getting thicker. Some men are getting intimidated by my presence. Others give me a harsh look. They automatically feel the power of my seed.

Full of energy and testosterone, I am able to do hard works. A week ago I did some construction work with a friend of mine, and I got paid for it.

I feel worthy of myself

As I get rid of illusions, I become more aware of my self worth. Others may have their opinion on me, but I know who I am. I am sure about it. I protect it.

A true man is defined by his character. Nobody can take my crown.

I am becoming a magnet to women

When you practice Nofap, you glow differently. You radiate the kind of energy which women automatically feel.

All kinds of women are drawn to my aura. They don't know why they do it, but they do it. It's the law of polarity. The more masculine one gets, the more he becomes a leader.

Instead of following women, they're the ones following me. This is how it should be.
